About the Role As an Engineering Manager, you will lead, manage, and inspire engineering teams developing products to redefine HealthCare.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll help the team fulfil technical, operational, and business requirements.
You’ll guide the architecture and delivery of software products.
The ideal candidate will solve complex technical challenges while delivering great consumer software products focused on incredible customer experiences.

Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams.
What You Need B.
E., B.Tech., Master in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in software architecture, development, and delivery.
Experience in Full-stack software development, particularly with Python , microservices , and ReactJS/AngularJS .
Experience with Python service frameworks ( FastAPI, Django ) for SOA components.
Background in delivering customer-facing engineering and AI solutions.
Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, MLOps, and Agentic AI.
Knowledge of software release processes and user research methodologies.
Strong skills in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies (e.
g., Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
Proficient in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Compute.
