CTR – Regional Technical Centre of Systra India takes care of the international production of major projects at Systra Group level. CTR team has expertise in design of High-Speed Rail, Metro, Conventional Rail, Bridges, Highways, Depots, Stations and Transport Planning. Starting from Feasibility/Concept stage to Detailed Design to IFC/Shop drawings, the disciplines involved have experience of designing in accordance with various international codes and delivered projects across the world.
CTR team has successfully delivered some major projects in UK, UAE, Tanzania, KSA, Australia, Canada and Denmark. One of the major achievements of India CTR team has been the design of HS2 project in UK. We played an instrumental role in delivering 3 major Sublots on HS2 with our teams proactively engaging with Front Office in UK and delivering beyond client expectations. This resulted in India team receiving many accolades from the contractor BBV and client HS2.
CTR team in India is proficient in working on multi-disciplinary projects integrating Design, BIM and Drawing production in a seamless workflow incorporating different software. The technical and management teams within CTR get an opportunity to work and interact with other CTR teams within Systra Group from Paris, Poland, Dubai, Philippines and Brazil.




We are seeking applications for the position of Acoustic Engineer for HS2 project.



Missions/Main Duties

Understanding the project, Client requirements, Schedule and Budgets.Originate Acoustic design complying with national and local applicable codes (IS, BS, NR),  Sustainability implementation, Authority regulations, project standards, safety regulations, specific metro/rail standards, and client requirementsCollaborate with global multi-disciplinary teams, acting as the focal point for MEP design interfaces.Ensure MEP deliverables adhere to SYSTRA policies, quality management systems, safety practices, design and project processes and ISO certifications Maintain accurate documentation and records for all design coordination activities.Identify and resolve technical issues or design conflicts that arise during the design and construction phases.Through the lifecycle of a design project, you will liaise with specialist engineering teams to ensure that the design work is delivered in accordance with the engineering best practice and in compliance with mandated standards.



Profile/Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in MEP design and coordination for large scale metro rail / infrastructure projectsTrack record of successful MEP design delivery on international projects (UK, Europe, Middle East preferred).Excellent written and oral English communication skills.Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authorityWorking Experience in Metro rail design,Proficient in EASE, Reflex, SoundFlow etc
