Job Description
Role : AM Sales Excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Drive various critical sales projects and strategic initiatives
- Consolidate, review and analyze sell-out data from various retails touchpoints
- Work with Visual Merchandising team to manage budgets, calendar creation and store segmentation
- Support sales team with standardization of data reports and formats
- Develop sales policies and toolkits
- Prepare presentations for senior management
- Facilitate regular sales reviews & performance analysis
- Enable team to spend time in market and provide the right data to sales team
- Support in forecasting & budgeting of overall business
- Aggregator of the various channels within multi-brand wholesale business to give a consolidated view
- SIS performance review & analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ambitious, Self-motivated, Goal oriented, Winning attitude & strong communication skills
- MBA from Tier1/Tier2 B-school (top 15)
- Channel management experience & strong commercial knowledge
- Highly skilled in MS Excel, MS Power point & MS Word
- Strong data analytics & forecasting skills
- Good to have Power BI skills
