How you will contribute
You will:
You will support the direct tax process including TDS rate evaluation and suggesting the appropriate rate You will support in timely filing of TDS return and preparing monthly TDS calculation and ensuring that the payments are done within due date. You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documents / challans / calculation pertaining to TDS payments / advance tax. You will co-ordinate with internal payable teams and prepare and filing of 15CA / CB forms and collecting documentation for determining appropriate Foreign TDS rate You will manage the internal fee tracking for payments to consultants You will prepare the data required in prescribed format for assessment and appeals You will assist in correction of TDS returns and co-ordinate with consultant for the same You will assist the tax manager in collating data for statutory audit and income tax return. Also you will be required to liaise with internal teams / tax auditor for the explanation of data and providing any additional information You should have knowledge of SAP and excel You should have good communication skills Provide and help interpret data from accounting records as required Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. You will also propose opportunities to improve ways of working in your area of responsibility Contribute to a high performing direct Tax team (Mondelēz International employees and Mondelēz International Business Services business partner). You will also invest in your own personal development` Support a strong controls and compliance environment within the direct Tax team and ensure full compliance with our AER policies. You will also ensure compliance with all direct tax local laws and regulations in your area of responsibility
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in direct taxes with subject matter knowledge and ideally a background in associated local GAAP, account analysis reporting and closing processes. Solid knowledge of local direct tax regulation and laws. Knowledge in policy, controls and compliance design including SOX reporting
BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business and finance beyond direct tax scope
LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven communication skills and the ability to be a team player with a drive to deliver results
GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and financial system knowledge

Experience Required
3-5 years of experience.
You will be part of the team reporting to Senior Analyst Accounting Tax.
You would help with Monthly payments, transfer pricing preparation of Form 3CEBs, Reconciliation, Filing of returns, Replying to government notices, checking on giving assessment data to the government, statutory audit, Internal Audit, among others mentioned above.
Also be involved in advisory role for Direct Tax Compliance
Educational Qualification & Industry Experience:
Candidates with either of the below qualification – CA , M.Com, or ICWA, or Inter CA or Inter CS, MBA Finance
