In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

• As an Application Developer specializing in Salesforce, you will configure and administer the Salesforce platform, leveraging your expertise to ensure seamless workflow and integration with enterprise applications. You will utilize your proficiency in Apex code, Visual Force pages, and LWC to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Configure and Administer Salesforce: Configure and administer the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient workflow and data management. This includes utilizing the Eclipse/Force.com IDE and the Data Loader Tool to manage and maintain Salesforce data.
• Develop Apex Code and Visual Force Pages: Write Apex code and create Visual Force pages to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality, meeting business needs and requirements.
• Integrate with Enterprise Applications: Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization, and providing a unified user experience.
• Maintain and Optimize Salesforce: Perform routine maintenance and optimization tasks to ensure the Salesforce platform runs smoothly and efficiently, identifying and resolving issues as needed.

• Salesforce Platform Configuration: Exposure to configuring and administering the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, utilizing the Eclipse/Force.com IDE and the Data Loader Tool.
• Apex Code Development: Experience working with Apex code to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality, meeting business needs and requirements.
• Visual Force Page Creation: Exposure to creating Visual Force pages to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality, meeting business needs and requirements.
• LWC Proficiency: Experience working with Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• CRM Principles Understanding: Solid understanding of CRM principles and experience applying them in a Salesforce environment.

• CRM Integration Knowledge: Exposure to integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. This includes understanding how to provide a unified user experience across multiple systems.
• Advanced Apex Code: Experience working with advanced Apex code concepts, such as triggers, classes, and interfaces, to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Salesforce Optimization: Exposure to optimizing Salesforce performance, including data management, workflow automation, and user interface customization, to improve overall efficiency and user adoption.
