In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an Application Developer specializing in ServiceNow, you will provide development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. You will utilize your knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages, such as JavaScript. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design and Develop Customized Reports: Apply code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment to create customized reports that meet business requirements. Utilize ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform, to deliver high-quality reports. * Implement and Customize ServiceNow Modules: Implement different ServiceNow modules and customize them as needed to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes. * Provide Development and Maintenance Support: Deliver development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of the platform. * Apply Scripting Languages: Utilize scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to develop and customize ServiceNow modules and reports. * Leverage ServiceNow Expertise: Apply knowledge of business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow to deliver high-quality solutions.

* ServiceNow Module Knowledge: Exposure to specific module/s of ServiceNow, including their functionality and customization options, to deliver high-quality solutions. * Scripting Language Proficiency: Exposure to scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to develop and customize ServiceNow modules and reports. * Low-Code/No-Code Platform Experience: Experience working with ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform, to design and develop customized reports. * ServiceNow Implementation and Customization: Exposure to implementing and customizing different ServiceNow modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes. * Code-Level Changes: Experience applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment to create customized reports that meet business requirements.

* Advanced Scripting Skills: Exposure to advanced scripting concepts and techniques in languages such as JavaScript to develop complex customizations and integrations in ServiceNow. * In-depth ServiceNow Knowledge: Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including their functionality, customization options, and integration capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions. * Low-Code Development: Exposure to low-code development methodologies and tools, such as the NOW platform, to rapidly design and develop customized reports and applications in ServiceNow.
