How You Will Contribute:


You will play a key role in supporting our Security Organization. Reporting to a Senior Manager in Application Security as a Project Manager. You will manage multiple complex information security projects from inception to completion, involving the Application Security team.  You will also mentor and coach other Project Managers, sharing your expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Additionally, you will work with partners from across the enterprise to develop plans, manage vendors, and monitor results to proactively identify any issues and communicate them accordingly.


· You will serve as the day-to-day point person to handle project issues, changes in scope, providing clarity relative to ambiguous requirements or deliverables and working to resolve or mitigate issues and risks.


· In addition to attending daily stand-ups and communicating to higher level stakeholders on project momentum, you will conduct routine status calls and project status reporting.


· Oversee and manage all Application Security projects from inception to completion and comply with company policies and regulations.


· Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.


· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are understood and executed effectively.


· Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for future improvement.


· Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external parties.


· Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the field of cybersecurity to inform project decisions and strategy.


· Assist teams with after-action findings, facilitations, and lessons learned to coordinate and implement strategies to mitigate damage and prevent future incidents.


· Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.


The Must Haves:


· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, System Analysis or related field of study, or equivalent experience, coupled with proven progressive project and program management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operating environment.


·8 Years Experience as a Project Manager using various Agile methodologies relative to the implementation of leading-edge IT and/or security technologies, solutions, and tools for large enterprise and demonstrated ability to understand and address the potential impact of security projects on business value creation.


· Proven track record of supporting teams with servant leadership.


· Practical knowledge managing and delivering security projects that involve integrating various technologies and/or replacement of older security technologies with newer ones.


· Experience in managing extensive client interactions and providing detailed status/progress for the projects on weekly (or on needed frequency) basis.


· Familiarity with industry leading and broad spectrum of security infrastructure solutions and products plus knowledge of technology product offerings and experience with hardware, software and software development methodologies to enable an understanding of the impact of a new project and its impact on a technology product.


· Knowledge of and experience with managing infrastructure related projects including installation of hardware and software solutions (for mainframe, distributed servers, storage, middleware, networking)


· Experience with incident response and crisis management a plus.


· Proven experience with Atlassian’s JIRA and Confluence products.


· Domain expertise in Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban.


· Work schedule is night shift to cater to US business work hours, plus occasional holiday and weekend duties.

· CSM and/or ACSM Certification


· CISSP or other relevant security certification
