This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in architecture, design workflows, and document management.
The role focuses on ensuring the accurate creation, organization, and maintenance of architectural documents, drawings, and project-related records, supporting architects and project managers in delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage architectural documents, drawings, blueprints, and project records in both digital and physical formats.
Assist architects and project teams in organizing project documentation according to company and industry standards.
Ensure all architectural documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
Track and log all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including revisions, approvals, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
Support the creation of standard templates and document workflows to streamline project documentation processes.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive architectural and project information.
Assist in preparing reports, document summaries, and presentations as required by the project team.
Perform regular audits of architectural documents to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Support archiving and retrieval of old project documentation for reference or regulatory compliance.
Skills & Competencies: Basic knowledge of architecture, architectural drawings, and design documentation processes.
Familiarity with document management systems, file organization, and version control.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Good communication skills to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CAD software is a plus.
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of architecture and project documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
