Join our innovative Asset Servicing ACU team to lead and excel in global corporate action event management, driving excellence and efficiency.


Job Summary


The Asset Servicing ACU team is responsible for announcing corporate action events globally, ensuring seamless operations across all markets.


Job Responsibilities


  • Process and validate Income and Mandatory Corporate actions efficiently.
  • Own and escalate issues related to the Announcement Capture Utility.
  • Supervise the delivery of Announcement Capture operations for your location.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction exceptions promptly.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform root cause analysis to enhance STP and reduce inquiries.
  • Partner with client service teams to streamline manual processes.
  • Understand and manage Risk Management issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure queries are resolved within SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain high standards for quality assurance and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of financial instruments and corporate actions.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff levels and business partners.
  • Adapt to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Think strategically and execute plans practically.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills


  • Have experience in custody & fund services or prime brokerage.
  • Show expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, or Derivatives.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership with the ability to manage by influence.
  • Be proactive in identifying and escalating issues.
