Experience Required :
- Background in training/ content development and learning administrative role
- Database knowledge (programs such as MS/ Excel + plus LMS platform)
About the Role:
You will be aligned with our on ground training team and help us in managing the end to end Learning and Development activities.
- Content Development
- LMS Management
- You will manage training delivery information such as course identification, dates, mode of delivery mapped to trainer allocation, class capacity, schedule within a stated calendar period. Training schedules are typically published to all managers for providing on floor support with adherence. Management Information system for regular progress updates - detailed as well as exec. level view.
