Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes.
Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
Support business management related activities including Management, Workforce management, third party management, capacity management etc.
Support formalized SAFE agile project management activities.
Should possess good hands-on experience in Microsoft XLS, Jira/ADO, PowerPoint and any project management tool.
Monitor charge cost, resolve billing queries/ adjustment.
Showcase planned vs utilized capacity for all the scrums.
Demand forecasting and tracking
Support annual planning process.
Coordinate software capitalization and impairment process.
Documentation and audit process
Good Exposure / hands-on in data Analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps.
