Inviting applications for the role of AVP – Solution Architect
In this role, We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AVP– Solution Architect to lead a marquee engagement with a global innovator biopharma client. This leadership role combines strategic delivery oversight, client engagement, innovation incubation, and account growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial analytics, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of applying AI and new-age technologies to solve complex business problems.
You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team across India and the US, delivering cutting-edge analytics and AI solutions, and acting as a thought leader to shape and elevate our client partnership.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Functional Solutioning
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes, pain points, and value drivers.
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and architecture blueprints.
• Design process-led solutions leveraging modern data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Act as the primary interface between business users, data/engineering teams, and platform architects.
Technical Architecture & Design
• Define the target state architecture across application, data, and integration layers.
• Create logical and physical architecture diagrams aligning with enterprise standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, SAP, etc.) suited to business needs.
• Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability across all components of the solution.
• Drive design reviews, ensure adherence to architecture governance, and manage technical risks.
Delivery & Governance
• Support pre-sales, RFPs, and solution proposals by articulating architecture and delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with delivery teams during build and implementation to ensure architectural integrity.
• Define reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices for functional and technical integration.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and contribute to building solutioning capability within the organization.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Functional Competence
• Strong understanding of business processes across at least one major functional area (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail Operations, or Manufacturing).
• Experience in process mapping, value-stream design, and identifying automation or analytics opportunities.
• Proven ability to align business outcomes with technical enablers.
Technical Expertise
• Hands-on knowledge of modern cloud and data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Lucidchart, PowerDesigner, Visio).
• Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, data integration, and application design principles.
• Exposure to data engineering, AI/ML pipelines, or BI/reporting architectures is a plus.
General Skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
• Relevant years of experience in architecture or solutioning roles.
