The Content Editor is responsible for maintaining the Pivot-RP profile database, which lists millions of profiles for researchers around the world.


About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments


  • A demonstrable interest in and understanding of higher education organizations and their faculties, departments and research centers.
  • Ability to analyze and assess website data for manual and potential automation.
  • Well-organized with excellent time-management skills.
  • Excellent researching and problem solving and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile, and order data.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) at a proficient level.

What will you be doing in this role


  • Search university websites for biographical data that relates to faculty and researchers
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy on individual profiles
  • Analyze and fix metadata errors reported by clients and colleagues
  • Work with urgency to optimize customer satisfaction with overall profiles at customer institutions
  • Collaborate with team members for overall group success
  • Participate in team discussions to help develop and improve work processes
  • Work with colleagues to understand customer profile attributes

This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance and may involve mandatory overtime on rare occasions


Hours of Work:


  • Full time


  • Hybrid


  • 45hrs/week- 9am to 6pm IST (Flexibility may be required to accommodate global time zones and project needs)
