Business Information Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an Associate Project Manager for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Vadodara, India. The candidate will have excellent communications skills.  Mission Statement  Provide internal and external customer support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.    Your Responsibilities   Customer assistance (Domestic & Export): Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.  Customer requests: Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.  Customer relations: Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.  Handled order execution  Experience in Order handling / Order management from Switchgears / disconnectors / instrument transformers. Must understand technical drawings  Responsible for all the projects for the assigned region – from order booking to dispatch – Drawing approvals / manufacturing schedules / Including FAT / Payment terms / SAP invoicing.    Data analysis: Prepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.  Living the core values of safety & integrity which means taking responsibility of your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business   Your Background 5-10 years of experience in order handling and project execution. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.  Excellent communications / analytical and problem-solving skill with ability to manage multiple tasks    Fluent English communication skills & good local language skills of the major country of responsibility.  To be successful in this role you are flexible with good communication skills and hold a strong customer focus.   Multi culture experience is a benefit.  Experience with SAP  Power BI is good to have . Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required .
