Role Overview:


We are seeking a Associate Project Manager, to work as part of a dynamic regional and global team, to implement our newly defined HR Operating model, as part of the Otis global HR Transformation strategy. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer centric individual to assume the role within the Otis HRSS Hub organization, as part of our HR operations function. 


This role will be responsible for driving key strategic high impact projects which significantly improves employee experience in Otis.


Responsibilities include planning, management and completion of projects, supporting Otis











On a typical day you will:


  • Managing the overall project plan, tracking deliverables per the scheduled timelines


  • Liaising with HR Technology in aligning all streams


  • Ensuring overall adherence to project milestones, schedules, budget, and task list completion


  • Assuring operational readiness for go-live and stabilization period


  • Managing implementation risks and mitigation of risks 


  • Gathering and understanding the requirements and deliverables


  • Delivering against predetermined project deliverables, against the project schedule


  • Supporting project milestones, schedules, budget, and task list completion


  • Responsible for migration and validation of requirements and deliverables


  • Escalation of issues requiring next level management decision


  • Collaborate with departments applicable for the overall success of assigned projects


  • Work collaboratively with HR Ops team leads to identify improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, etc.


  • Engage strongly in continuous improvement activities, ensuring that we have the processes, organization, and technology required to meet HR Ops strategies and objectives.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to better understand joint opportunities to improve processes and reduce variation through improved logistics processes and capabilities


What You Will Need to be Successful:


  • Degree level education preferably MBA in HR domain


  • 10 years’ minimum experience of project, transition & change management and execution


  • Prince 2 or PMP certification is desirable


  • HR Shared Services experience is preferrable


  • Projects based background within telephony, case management, HR Portal, and user experience in a global environment would be advantageous 


  • Experience with HCM tools, particularly Workday, would be beneficial
