Position Summary:



In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the various disciplines to source, select, hire and onboard talented resources for KBR. Your key accountabilities will range from managing open requisitions, screening candidate applications, coordinating interview requests, and actively facilitating successful candidate interview days. Your high customer service orientation, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills make you an integral part of supporting our ongoing hiring needs.




Experience supporting middle east region for high volume recruitment in Engineering/operation & maintenance oil & gas.




Note: This is a fixed term contract role for 6 months.




Responsibilities: 



  • Sourcing key talent and building proactive pipeline
  • Conduct initial screening of applicants to identify qualified candidates and coordinate for scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Accountable for maintaining and updating requisitions through to completion with data integrity
  • Create and review offer letters in coordination with recruiter/ business
  • Play an active role in supporting candidates through post-offer processes to contribute towards a positive onboarding experience
  • Proactively build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Regular reporting and tracking of recruitment metrics

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree/ Postgraduate in Business Administration/ HR or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience within a Recruiting team, supporting an agency/ in-house team
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday/ CRM)
  • Proven expertise in candidate screening, sourcing and interview coordination
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a focus on building high-quality relationships
  • Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment
