Position: Automation Testing Engineer (Pytest, Selenium WebDriver) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 4-8 years This role requires: A detail-oriented Automation Testing Engineer with extensive experience in developing and executing automated test scripts using Pytest and Selenium WebDriver.
You will work closely with the development team to understand application functionality and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Pytest and Selenium WebDriver.
Develop and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during test planning and test case design.
Identify, record, and track defects using a bug tracking system.
Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure automated tests run efficiently.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback on test automation strategies.
Review application requirements and participate in requirement analysis to ensure complete test coverage.
Key Requirements: 4-8 years of experience in Automation Testing with strong hands-on experience in Python, Pytest, and Selenium WebDriver.
Proficient in developing and executing complex automated test scripts.
Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.
