Provide general and routine support for installation, patching, configuration, and updates to AWS cloud infrastructure. Work with AWS services such as EC2, Load Balancers, S3, Volume , Snapshots, AMIs , VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues independently, identifying root causes and implementing fixes. Collaborate with team members and other technical staff to develop, design, implement, and continuously improve systems. Adhere to established procedures, criteria, and best practices to plan and accomplish tasks. Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments as required. Interact directly with customers, providing clear and precise communication during technical discussions and issue resolution. Mandatory Qualifications Skills: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate mandatory Hands-on experience with Terraform and EKS , Kubernetes Good understanding of AWS platform development and deployment concepts Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions during customer interactions Strong understanding and hands-on experience with core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch Good knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems Familiarity with ITIL framework and certified in ITIL processes incident, change, and problem management Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers directly Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch. Proficiency in shell scripting Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation. Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Linux-based operating systems Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu. Experience with configuring and managing web servers Apache, Nginx, databases MySQL, PostgreSQL, and caching systems Redis, Memcached. Knowledge of networking concepts including VPNs, VPC peering, routing, and firewalls. Strong experience with cloud security practices IAM, VPC Security Groups, Key Management, KMS. Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional. AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate. Red Hat Certified Engineer RHCE or equivalent Linux certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies Docker, Kubernetes and serverless computing. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack. Experience with CICD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline.
