You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of AWS-based systems while working remotely with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support AWS production environments with a strong focus on system reliability and performance Administer and optimize Amazon RDS instances, including performance tuning, backups, restores, Multi-AZ setups, and read replicas Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across AWS services such as EC2, ALB, VPC, IAM, and related components Perform in-depth log analysis and monitoring using AWS CloudWatch to proactively identify and resolve issues Diagnose and resolve connectivity challenges, latency issues, and inter-service dependencies Lead end-to-end root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex production incidents Apply AWS networking and security best practices to maintain robust and secure cloud environments Operate independently in a remote setup while managing production-critical responsibilities What Makes You a Great Fit 8+ years of experience in cloud or system engineering, with significant hands-on exposure to AWS production environments Strong expertise in Amazon RDS and core AWS services including EC2, VPC, ALB, IAM, and CloudWatch Proven ability to handle high-availability, mission-critical systems with confidence Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working autonomously in remote or distributed team environments Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders A proactive mindset with strong ownership of systems and outcomes
