Project description The WMI Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMI locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking. You'll be working in the WMI Core Technology team in one of our locations, as per your eligibility and role requirements. Together as a team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements. Responsibilities As a Flowable SME, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business process management solutions using the Flowable platform. You will provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our business divisions. Your role will involve: Leading the development and maintenance of BPM solutions using Flowable. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to create efficient and scalable solutions. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Driving best practices and standards for Flowable development within the team. Skills Must have The role we're looking to fill requires a blend of BPM tool exposure and a Java backend, with the distribution being 60 percent BPM and 40 percent Java. You should have a strong grasp of Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, and database concepts. Proven experience as a Flowable SME and Rule Engine (Drools). Deep expertise in Flowable BPM, including process design, development, and deployment. Proven Server-Side expertise: Java 11+, Junit, Microservices and/or Front-End expertise: JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, HTML5 and CSS3, Micro-frontends Deep understanding of Design Principles such as proven, CQS, DRY, and Clean coding techniques. . Java background Experience of working on Kubernetes / OpenShift, Docker, Cloud Native frameworks. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Linux Operating Systems. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Nice to have Experience in Agile Framework Other Languages English: C2 Proficient Seniority Senior
