This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Gurugram JobType: full-time As a Brand Intern, you will play an active role in shaping how the brand is perceived across digital and offline touchpoints.
You will assist in executing brand campaigns, creating and managing content, supporting social media initiatives, and conducting market and competitor research.
This role goes beyond observation—you will contribute ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain real-world exposure to brand storytelling, positioning, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities Support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns across digital platforms Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, presentations, and internal communications Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including visuals, messaging, and tone Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to support branding decisions Monitor social media channels, track engagement metrics, and assist with performance reporting Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to support ongoing brand initiatives Assist in planning and executing events, campaigns, or promotional activities when required Support documentation, presentations, and brand decks for internal and external use Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging branding practices Contribute fresh ideas and creative inputs to enhance brand visibility and recall What Makes You a Great Fit A strong interest in branding, marketing, content, or communications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field Creative mindset with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or YouTube Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, or consumer behavior concepts Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office setup Bonus: Exposure to tools like Canva, Google Workspace, social media schedulers, or basic analytics
