At Head Hunter, we are expanding our reach and looking for a BDR Auditor to ensure our processes, activities, and results are accurate, efficient, and compliant.
If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and love turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you.
Audit BDR activities including outbound calls, emails, lead management, and CRM data entries Review sales pipeline and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes Identify gaps in BDR performance, adherence, and data quality Provide feedback and actionable insights to sales leadership for process improvement Maintain and update audit checklists, templates, and reports Collaborate with finance/accounting teams to reconcile sales metrics and targets Track audit findings and report trends to support decision-making 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing , preferably with exposure to sales or BDR processes Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset Comfortable reviewing CRM data, reports, and KPIs Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
