Job Title: Business Leader, DXR Growth


Location: Growth Region


Aim of the job:


As the DXR Growth Region Leader you will drive superior customer value by developing and executing the go-to-market approach to reach prioritized customer segments and ensure profitability and growth of the assigned portfolio in alignment with the Regions’ business and overall DXR Marketing strategy.


In alignment with the Markets’ Business strategy, ensure perfect and flawless new product introductions and launches at market/country level. They enable performance of the portfolio in scope, including phase-in and phase-out management, as well as helps sales teams by ensuring sales enablers are in place.This position is to based in Growth Region.


Key Areas of Responsibility:


  • Ensuring profitable business growth, IB (Installed base) Win Rate and Market Share for DXR in Growth Region.
  • To ensure strong and qualitative new product introductions and launches at market/country level.
  • Driving business specific execution of DXR Marketing plan, by being in the driver’s seat in encouraging and partnering with the modality sales specialists and clinical application specialists for (pre) sales support in the different zones and countries.
  • Driving productivity for DXR Growth Region, by keeping a sharp eye on price levels and cost management.
  • To enable performance of the portfolio in scope, including phase-in and phase-out management, as well as help sales teams by ensuring sales enablers are in place.
  • Support DXR Head of Marketing in creating the DXR Marketing plan for Growth Region, by providing business specific customer insights and trends.
  • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Creates localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with Marketing operations.
  • Manages performance, forecast, markets trends, competition and growth opportunities.

Key measures:


  • CX/CLV and Customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Operational excellence (meeting CSG, OIT according to plan with accurate forecasting).
  • IGM.
  • Implied MS growth.
  • Regional growth plan realized (milestones, deliverables, metrics incl. MS ambitions on track).
  • Go-To-Market approach and strategy realized per plan, incl. enablers in place and seamless way of working across E2E chain.

Experience & Education:


  • You have commercial experience – 10+ years, ideally in healthtech area.
  • Business or commercial education background.
  • Strong understanding of DXR systems, customers and market challenges.
  • Solid experience in defining and deploying strategic plan with proven impact.
  • Strong business acumen, and financial understanding to be able to drive profitability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do and problem solving attitude.
  • You are a self-starter, with a strong drive, pro-active and taking own initiative.
  • Broad international background and adaptative leadership style to connect and lead and inspire effectively across different cultures.
  • Operational excellence (and persistence in order to deliver on plan).
  • You challenge status quo, and look for opportunities for improvement.
  • Desirable: ability to lead, develop, manage people. This is an individual contributor role, but the ability to inspire and influence in indirect setting are important for success.
  • Prepared to travel about 30% of the time.
