About the team:


Professional services team which includes Debit & Credit platforms.  Debit (Cards, Data Navigator, Settlement Manager, Switch (Connex), Payments one Debit). Credit (Base2000, TBS and P1C Products).


What you will be doing:


  • Resource should be aware of Credit platform Base2000, TBS and P1C Products.
  • It would be great if the resource owns additional skills in Debit platforms (Payments domain)- Cards, Connex(switch), settlement manager, Data navigator).
  • Resource should adapt to work on both Debit/Credit platforms and be flexible to work on all the products.
  • Create Functional Requirement, Implementation plan, Backout plan and Test evidence documents for customer implementations (user stories, use cases)
  • Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set and create product demos for customers.
  • Create Design documents with the detailed technical approach by working with the development team.

What you bring:


  • Experience – 7 to 10 Years
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Knowledge of data bases such SQL
  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
  • Experience in existing FIS payment products like IST, Data Navigator a plus.
