Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWho you are:
A Business Transformation Consultant assigned to this position is expected to have the knowledge in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Procurement Services (e.g. Supply and demand planning, SCM transformation, SCM Digital transformation, Sales & Operation’s Planning (S&OP), Procurement transformation, Operating Model Design, Supply Chain digital tools and enablers) needed to ensure the successful delivery of consulting services and leading to high client satisfaction. What you’ll do:
This position requires the skills needed to test hypotheses and conclusions leading to the development of innovative client deliverables in a manner that supports and reinforces effective teaming within the engagement. This position is required to be client-facing, with primary requirement to discuss current state processes & communicate re-designed processes in the supply chain, procurement and operations area spanning across strategy, process, advanced analytics or optimization.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise - B. Tech / BE
- MBA /PGDM with specialization in Operations or Supply Chain
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good knowledge of finance processes
- Basic understanding of tools / applications used in industry
- 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience
- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting qualitative & quantitative information, and deriving strategies, cost take out opportunity identification etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong oral & written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Travel will be expected and required for all client facing conversations, projects etc.
