Job Overview
Provide support to Project Managers during the entire study lifecycle, from study startup to closeout, and to assist Project Management staff with client related activities. May assist with general administrative functions if required
Essential Functions
• Preparation of study trackers and updates to the sponsors
• Assist with preparation of study documentation under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Liaise with external vendor to obtain translation of site/ patient documents, including initial quotes
• Assist with managing access requests to Connected Devices applications and databases
• Conduct biannual access review for Connected Devices applications and databases
• Coordinate with Logistics team for site creation/updating and other deliverables
• Assist with the project archival tasks
• May perform assigned administrative tasks to support team members with project execution.
• Efficient administration of vendor management procedures, tools and systems.
• Liaising with the internal finance team for the study setups, vendor invoices & payments.
• Co-ordinating with the vendor management team for the setups of payment location.
• Assist in routine Finance activities, metric collation and provision and monitoring activities
• Assist with tracking and provision on queries of ECG reports
• Analyze and provide management information system (MIS) data for financial reports.
• Serve as contact for any invoice related queries between Finance and Project Management
• Serve as contact for Sr. Management for any MIS / invoice related queries.
• Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as internal clients (Project Managers) & Vendors.
• Support Vendor Management team by raising Project Requisitions and make sure payments are made to all vendors within turnaround time.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent Pref
• Two to Three years relevant experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
• Working Knowledge of computers preferably Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
