Lead end-to-end project management for automotive engineering programs from concept to SOP (Start of Production).Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with business goals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, CAE, manufacturing, supplier quality, testing, software, and homologation.Drive program governance, including milestone reviews, risk assessments, and management reporting.Monitor and control project cost, schedule, quality, and scope, ensuring adherence to APQP / V-Model / Agile / Hybrid methodologies.Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks, ensuring timely escalation when required.Manage internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ASPICE, and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement in project execution, lessons learned, and best practices.Support strategic initiatives such as EV, ADAS, connected vehicles, or digital transformation programs (as applicable).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science).9+ years of experience in project or program management within the automotive industry.Strong understanding of automotive product development lifecycle.Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera, etc.).Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-location teams.Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and change management processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certification is an added advantage.
