This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 10-15 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Remote (India) JobType: full-time The Clay Administrator will be responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing Clay workflows that support outbound execution, data enrichment, and go-to-market (GTM) automation.
This role operates at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth, and Sales, building and maintaining the operational backbone that enables scalable GTM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Own and operate Clay workflows used for outbound prospecting, enrichment, and GTM automation.
Design, maintain, and optimize automation pipelines to support lead generation, account enrichment, and sales workflows.
Ensure high data quality and accuracy across GTM datasets including accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
Debug and troubleshoot workflow issues, enrichment failures, and automation logic.
Integrate Clay with APIs, enrichment providers, and downstream sales or RevOps systems.
Collaborate closely with RevOps, Growth, and Sales teams to align workflows with GTM strategy and execution needs.
Continuously improve systems and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability of GTM operations.
Qualifications & Experience 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or GTM Operations.
Strong hands-on experience working with Clay workflows and automation.
Solid understanding of GTM data models including accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
Comfortable working with APIs, enrichment tools, and automation logic.
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and system reliability.
Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve workflow issues efficiently.
Nice to Have Prior experience in RevOps or Sales Operations roles.
Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or data manipulation.
Experience supporting fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
