The Client Analytics team plays a pivotal role to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth by extracting meaningful patterns from vast datasets, providing actionable recommendations to optimize client relationships, and contribute significantly to our overall strategic objectives.The Client Analytics team is part of the agile AXA XL Global Clients Office which offers valuable opportunities to be part of transversal projects within the department. This role will work with a variety of functions across AXA/AXA XL with exposure to senior leaders.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Actively engage in projects and initiatives under the responsibility of the Head of Client Analytics.
·Jointly work with other AXA XL departments (e.g., IDA, Regions) to continuously improve clients’ data.
·Conduct in-depth analyses of client data to derive actionable insights.
·Be part of the taskforce framing and building AXA XL Client NPS program, perform quantitative analyses on AXA XL NPS performance, provide quarterly updates to the Leadership Team and the Regions on client feedback and satisfaction metrics.
·More broadly, be involved to transversal initiatives within the Client Office and contribute to the development of the Chief Client Office team’s tools, skills, and culture.
·Continuous improvement: Collaborating with teams to improve data collection processes, analysis methods, and data-driven decision-making within the organization.
·Reporting: Summarizing and presenting findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or other means.
·Data collection: Gathering data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
·Data cleaning and preprocessing: Ensuring the data is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly for analysis.
·Data analysis: Using statistical methods and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
·Data visualization: Creating visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings effectively.
·Identifying insights: Drawing meaningful conclusions from the data and providing actionable recommendations based on the analysis.
