The Opportunity 


We are currently looking for a Media Client Lead to help manage deliverables, tasks, and stakeholders on digital marketing projects. As a delivery manager, the Client Lead will build strategic relationships with the local clientele, overview day-to-day communications with clients, manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery, and design & maintain robust project plans specific to the client’s needs. Successful candidates for this opportunity will demonstrate strategic thought beyond day-to-day project management. 


The Role 

This role focuses on shaping digital marketing strategy and maturity focused on social, communicating the value of the deployed solutions and nurturing client relationships. While it requires technical knowledge in media and data, you will be supported by our technical teams (media SMEs, analysts, platform experts, engineers and data scientists) when it comes to execution. 


You will be someone with proven project management experience, who has worked across media and analytics-related projects with proven results. You will deliver value through orchestrating and communicating the value of media strategies at scale and deliver through tailored analytics, media and cloud solutions. 


Responsibilities Include:
  • Working with clients to understand their business objectives and data maturity to develop KPIs and roadmaps that drive desired outcomes. 
  • Lead the development of comprehensive project plans that detail the roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team and stakeholder. 
  • Organise and support project teams to deliver high-quality output across defined scopes of work
  • Manage a team of 4-5 paid media service professionals
  • Ensure that business outcomes are clearly defined, approved and delivered with benefits realised and value clearly communicated at each step of the way
  • Develop quality content to communicate project plans, wins and issues to internal and external leadership
  • Organise day-to-day, weekly and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders through project plans, emails, meetings and QBRs
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on the project that support effective execution and efficient delivery 
  • Manage internal operations for the project including but not limited to time tracking, ticketing, billing, and finance
  • Develop processes and documentation to organise day-to-day project operations
  • Lead communications and nurture client relationships that encourage growth opportunities beyond the project scope
  • Contribute to the building of knowledge and capability amongst the client service organisation through facilitating training and mentoring of team members 
  • Help to identify growth opportunities across accounts to increase revenue opportunities and profitability of engagements. 
What you bring to it:

Requirements:


  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, whether at a publisher, agency, consultancy, trading desk, technology company, or brand. 
  • Specific expertise in Social media platforms is required for this role
  • Experience with AdTech or MarTech solutions (such as Google Marketing Platform, Amazon, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.)
  • Strong grasp of the overall digital consultancy space, including but not limited to knowledge of Monks competitive set and their offerings across data and digital media.
  • People management experience & ability and desire to scale knowledge and facilitate learning among team members 
  • Project management experience, with demonstrated abilities to manage and organise projects, build detailed project plans, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders ranging from C-suite through to platform SMEs.

  • Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in the ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points. 
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, with an ability to unearth actionable insights using a range of platforms and tools 
  • Ambition to perform unprecedented tasks and obtain new skills, be comfortable with uncertainty and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency with both website and app analytics, spanning solutions design, implementation and analysis
