What you'll do

As a Developer for ERP CDX Cloud Delivery Service Engineering & Delivery, you will be part of a high-performing team managing the Software Change lifecycle for the products of S/4HANA Cloud (public) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Your role and responsibilities will be manifold - you will take part:

• in requirement discussions
• and will do technical validations of automations
• and act as the channel to the leads for potential improvements
• and provide insides on the overall status of rolled-out processes such as failure rates, runtime and more
• ensuring high quality standards of the products
• in driving initiatives & topics within the Software Change area to further improve the customer experience

What you bring

• Detailed knowledge on SAP Software Lifecycle Tools, e.g. SWPM/SUM/SPAM/SAINT
• Strong knowledge of the System update and upgrade
• Basic knowledge of the ABAP-based SAP solution portfolio
• OS Knowledge (primarily Linux)
• Detailed knowledge on Transport and R3 Tools
• Experience in NW upgrades or conversion
• HANA / HANA Cloud
• SPC Automation/Provisioning know-how
• Experience with Hyperscalers (Azure, GCP, Alicloud, AWS) and Converged Cloud
• Strong methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
• Capability to influence without formal authority
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural awareness and intercultural competencies
• Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Decision-making and can-do attitude
• Persistence, self-motivation and willingness to work under pressure
• Project management and Presentation skills
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering roles
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, delivering and maintaining ABAP-based SAP products

We at ERP Cloud Delivery are accountable to deliver secure and reliable cloud services to our SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition and Integrated Business Planning customers globally. As a growth area, our focus is to ensure efficient delivery at large scale: “Happy Customers & Simple Operations” is key and we provide our customers seamless access to the latest SAP product & service innovation.The team you will be joining is responsible for all Productization topics related to the Software Change, you will work closely with our Software Change Leads as well as with our operations teams, our Solution Architecture team as well as development units and Product Management we are daily collaborating with.
