Job Summary

We are seeking ten skilled CNC Operators to join our Production & Machining Division, specializing in high-precision manufacturing for medical and dental components. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in operating, setting, and maintaining CNC machinery such as multi-axis CNC grinders, lathes, or milling machines. This role demands precision, discipline, and consistency in achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor CNC machines (grinding, turning, or milling) to produce precision components as per design specifications.


  • Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.


  • Maintain strict compliance with engineering drawings, process sheets, and tolerance requirements.


  • Ensure daily machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration activities.


  • Record daily production data, machine utilization reports, and quality deviations promptly.


  • Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.


  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in adherence to 5S and cleanroom standards.


  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: ITI / Diploma / Technical Trade Certificate in Mechanical, Tool & Die Making, or related fields.


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation, preferably in precision component or medical device manufacturing.


  • Technical Skills:


    • Basic understanding of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers).


    • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and process sheets.


    • Skilled in using precision measurement tools for inspection and quality control.
