We are seeking ten skilled CNC Operators to join our Production & Machining Division, specializing in high-precision manufacturing for medical and dental components. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in operating, setting, and maintaining CNC machinery such as multi-axis CNC grinders, lathes, or milling machines. This role demands precision, discipline, and consistency in achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Operate and monitor CNC machines (grinding, turning, or milling) to produce precision components as per design specifications.
Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.
Maintain strict compliance with engineering drawings, process sheets, and tolerance requirements.
Ensure daily machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration activities.
Record daily production data, machine utilization reports, and quality deviations promptly.
Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in adherence to 5S and cleanroom standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Education: ITI / Diploma / Technical Trade Certificate in Mechanical, Tool & Die Making, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation, preferably in precision component or medical device manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers).
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and process sheets.
Skilled in using precision measurement tools for inspection and quality control.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Physically fit, punctual, and reliable.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Team player with a disciplined and safety-conscious attitude.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of proprietary production processes.
