This role requires a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
