Review and understand the main contract and all subcontracts.
Monitor contractual obligations and ensure adherence from all parties.
Prepare contractual correspondence with client, subcontractors, and vendors.
Maintain a log of all communications, claims, variations, and contractual records.
Preparing and Identify potential claims (EOT, cost claims, etc.) and assist in their preparation and submission.
Evaluate and prepare responses to subcontractor claims.
Prepare Variation Orders (VOs) and maintain updated records of changes.
Support monthly progress billing and cash flow management.
Monitor and control cost implications of changes and variations
Identify and highlight contractual risks and assist in mitigation measures.
Participate in dispute resolution processes and arbitration support, if required.
Strong understanding of construction contracts (EPC, FIDIC, CPWD, etc.)
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
