Job description

Contract Administration:
  • Review and understand the main contract and all subcontracts.


  • Monitor contractual obligations and ensure adherence from all parties.


  • Prepare contractual correspondence with client, subcontractors, and vendors.


  • Maintain a log of all communications, claims, variations, and contractual records.


Claims & Variations:
  • Preparing and Identify potential claims (EOT, cost claims, etc.) and assist in their preparation and submission.


  • Evaluate and prepare responses to subcontractor claims.


  • Prepare Variation Orders (VOs) and maintain updated records of changes.


Commercial Monitoring:
  • Support monthly progress billing and cash flow management.


  • Monitor and control cost implications of changes and variations


Risk Management & Dispute Resolution:
  • Identify and highlight contractual risks and assist in mitigation measures.


  • Participate in dispute resolution processes and arbitration support, if required.


Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (EPC, FIDIC, CPWD, etc.)


  • Good negotiation and communication skills.


  • Attention to detail and documentation.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
