This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time The Corporate Relations Manager will lead strategic partnerships with organizations seeking skilled talent in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
This role focuses on building long-term corporate relationships, identifying hiring and collaboration opportunities, and enabling successful talent placements by aligning industry requirements with candidate readiness.
The position works closely with internal academic, delivery, and placement teams to ensure strong industry alignment and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate partners across industries with demand for Data Science and AI talent, including formal partnership agreements (MOUs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, AI team heads, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
Understand client hiring needs, workforce planning goals, and evolving skill requirements in Data Science, AI, and analytics domains.
Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to align curriculum and learner capabilities with current industry expectations.
Plan and execute placement drives, corporate webinars, networking sessions, and hiring events to showcase candidate talent.
Track placement performance metrics and collect employer feedback to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Represent the organization at industry events, AI summits, conferences, and client meetings (virtual and in-person).
Prepare customized proposals, pitches, and manage commercial discussions and contract negotiations with corporate partners.
Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while meeting monthly and quarterly partnership and placement targets.
Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
3–6 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or key account management, preferably within EdTech or technology-focused hiring partnerships.
Strong exposure to or network within Data Science, AI, analytics, or digital transformation-focused organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of Data Science and AI roles, hiring trends, and industry skill requirements.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, placement drives, and industry events.
