The CPQ Full Stack Developer will build, customize, test, and support end-to-end CPQ solutions. This role focuses on applying appropriate technologies, architecture patterns, and best practices to deliver secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and customize CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to meet business requirements. Implement logic for product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote generation by ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.


  • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs. Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.


  • Investigate, prioritize, and resolve bugs and issues reported during development and testing phases. Collaborate with QA and support teams to ensure timely resolution.


  • Define and implement testing procedures, including preparation of test artifacts and reports.


  • Assist in data modelling, data migration, and data quality assurance during Epicor CPQ implementation or upgrades.


  • Continuously review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.


  • Exposures on system integrations between CPQ systems and other enterprise platforms such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and billing systems.


  • Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.


  • Ensure all development work adheres to coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements. Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions


  • Participate in release planning, version control, and deployment activities. Ensure smooth rollouts of new features and updates.


  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes, coordinating resources and timelines effectively.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.


  • Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in CPQ development or related software engineering roles.


  • Experience implementing CPQ (Configure-to-Order) solutions using custom-built or industry-standard platforms.


  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.


  • Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms; experience with KBMax or Epicor CPQ is an advantage, but not required.


  • Experience with testing methodologies and tools, including writing and executing test cases.


  • Exposure to integrating CPQ systems with platforms such as Salesforce, middleware solutions, PIM, SAP, or PLM systems.


  • Experience designing and implementing cloud-based systems in digital environments.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.


  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
