Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Customer Acquisition Strategies:

  • Manage Marketing Campaigns:

    • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and meet acquisition goals.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, new customer segments, and competitive activities.
    • Use insights to refine acquisition strategies and ensure a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Funnel Management:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads generated from marketing campaigns are properly nurtured and converted.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate Across Departments:
    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer acquisition goals.
    • Help create customer personas, messaging, and positioning that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze and Report on Performance:
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.
    • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on performance data to optimize future customer acquisition efforts.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the customer acquisition budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Monitor campaign spend and ensure cost efficiency across all channels.
