DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative I at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll provide excellent customer service through order management, inquiry resolution, and proactive communication across multiple channels. You'll process customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards and meeting performance metrics. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction while supporting scientific research and healthcare advancements through our comprehensive portfolio of products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
• No prior experience required; call center experience preferred
• Preferred Fields of Study: Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration
• Additional relevant certifications are valued
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn multiple computer systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Ability to meet performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
