Key Responsibilities Perform  surgical, deep-dive analysis  to diagnose business issues, identify inefficiencies, and uncover high-impact opportunities.
Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights using advanced analytical techniques and structured problem-solving approaches.
Design and execute hypothesis-driven analyses to answer specific business questions with precision and clarity.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries that highlight key performance indicators and root-cause findings.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical frameworks.
Identify data gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies, ensuring high standards of data quality and reliability.
Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis, trend evaluation, and performance benchmarking.
Automate recurring analysis and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
Present analytical findings to leadership in a clear, concise, and action-oriented manner.
Continuously refine analytical methodologies to improve accuracy, relevance, and business impact.
What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum  5+ years of experience  as a  Data Analyst  or in a similar analytical role handling complex datasets.
Demonstrated expertise in  surgical analysis , including root-cause analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and drill-down investigations.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as  SQL, Excel, Python/R , or equivalent analytical platforms.
Experience working with visualization tools (e.
g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate insights effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured analytical steps.
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to real-world outcomes and decisions.
High attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to validating assumptions and results.
