Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data management role.
Hands-on experience with SAS or SAS-based products.
Strong knowledge of data migration, data cleaning, and data validation processes.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Ability to manage HR datasets, including skills and resource planning information.
Good understanding of database concepts and data management practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Work with SAS tools and SAS products for data extraction, processing, and reporting.
Execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct data cleaning, validation, and transformation to maintain high-quality datasets.
Manage bulk data import activities across systems and databases.
