Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (6-8 years) to design, build, and support advanced Power BI dashboards, develop robust ETL pipelines, and enable self-serve analytics for multiple business areas, including Supply Chain, Cost Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Finance, HR, Workforce Planning, and Clinical Operations. This role combines hands-on BI development with strong data engineering skills and the ability to coach analysts and empower business users.





Your role and responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for cross-functional business reporting.
  • Develop and optimize data queries from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other systems.
  • Normalize, transform, and integrate data to support both managed reporting and self-serve BI.
  • Design reusable, governed datasets and provide training to help stakeholders adopt self-serve analytics confidently.
  • Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Alteryx, Informatica, and MS Azure Data Factory.
  • Apply advanced analytics and basic data science techniques for forecasting, costing, and workforce planning.
  • Review work from junior analysts, provide coaching, and support enterprise data education initiatives.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6-8 yearsin data analytics, BI development, or data engineering.
  • Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and designing self-service reporting solutions.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with EDW.
  • Proficiency with Alteryx, Informatica, and MS Azure Data Factory for ETL.
  • Understanding of HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or Clinical data domains is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
