As a Data Controllers & Reporting Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm


Job Responsibilities:


  • Apply up-to-date product, industry, and market knowledge in specialty areas of reporting.
  • Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness; perform quarter-over-quarter variance analytics.
  • Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and reporting teams.
  • Assist in thoroughly assessing issues and outcomes.
  • Communicate financial information clearly to the lines of business and flag potential issues.
  • Participate in producing, reviewing, and filing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for various regulatory agencies, which are used by regulators for compiling widely-used statistics on the levels of, and changes in, domestic and international portfolio positions.
  • Interpret and define regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external policies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Minimum 2years in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and/or regulatory reporting
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong skills in time management, problem solving, written and oral communication.
  • Team player, with ability to work effectively across diverse functions, locations and businesses
  • Excellent Excel and computer skills
  • Project management experience/skills helpful

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx will be an added advantage
  • Experience in discounted cash flow valuation a plus
  • Experience in Product Control, Financial Control or knowledge Reg reporting a plus
