With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></p>About the role<p><ul><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Analyze complex business data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Finance, Operations, and Technology</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, SSAS Cubes, and related tools</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Perform end-to-end analytics activities: requirement gathering, hypothesis creation, data preparation, modeling, analysis, and presentation</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Support advanced analytics initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Participate in data modeling, governance, and best-practice initiatives</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Train business users on reports and dashboards and act as a liaison between business and BI teams</span></li></ul></p></p></p></p>About you<p></p><ul><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or information technology</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf0">1</span><span class="cf1">–2 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf1">Strong skills in SQL, T-SQL, MDX Query, DAX, Python, and ETL processes</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf1">Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, and SSAS (Tabular cubes)</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf1">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and aggregations</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf1">Strong attention to data accuracy, validation, and quality assurance</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf1">Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business insights</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf1">Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels in English</span></li><li class="pf0"><span class="cf1">Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing, and international environments</span></li></ul></p></p></p></p> <p><p style='font-size:16px'><p style='font-size:16px;16px'><p style='font-size:16px;16px;16px'><p style='font-size:16px;16px;16px;16px'>You bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability.
