Role description: The Data Literacy Lead is responsible for enhancing data literacy and promoting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
This role combines technical expertise, teaching skills, and strategic vision to build a deep understanding of data among employees, empowering them to utilize data effectively in their daily work.
Role accountabilities:  The Data Literacy Lead will champion data culture initiatives and promote a culture of data excellence across Arcadis.
  Develop and Implement Data Literacy Programs: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive data literacy training programs for employees at all levels, including workshops, e-learning modules, and hands-on sessions.
 Promote Data-Driven Culture: Advocate for data-driven decision-making and foster a culture where data is trusted, valued, and used effectively across the organization.
  Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and challenges, and tailor training programs to meet those specific requirements.
  Create Educational Content: Develop user-friendly educational materials such as guides, tutorials, and best practice documents to help employees cultivate data skills.
  Measure Program Effectiveness: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of data literacy programs and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance data.
  Support Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure that data policies and practices are communicated effectively and adhered to across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience :  Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Education, or a related field.
  10+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
  Strong understanding of data governance, data privacy, and data security principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  Experience in change management and organizational development is highly desirable.
  Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is preferred.
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization Why Arcadis?
