Job Description:
The Lending Data Management & Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering clear, actionable insights across the lending product portfolio to support product strategy, delivery execution, and business outcomes. This role owns product, delivery, client, and financial reporting, translating complex data into executive-ready insights that drive prioritization, predictability, and accountability.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with deep operational understanding and the ability to partner effectively with Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Operations leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Portfolio Analytics
o Own PowerBI reporting for all lending products, ensuring consistent, trusted dashboards and metrics.
o Define and maintain core product metrics across roadmap planning, releases, and outcomes, including:
o Revenue per product and feature
o Value realization and ROI
o Adoption and usage indicators
o Provide ongoing trend analysis and insights to inform product prioritization and strategic decision-making.
Delivery & Quality Insights
o Partner with Product Delivery, Engineering, and Operations teams to surface early warning indicators and improvement opportunities.
Client & Version Management
Track client versions, implementations, and upgrades across the lending portfolio.
Provide visibility into version distribution, upgrade readiness, and client exposure.
Support internal and client-facing teams with accurate data on release adoption and timelines.
Financial & Commercial Performance
Deliver insights on finance, booking, and sales performance, connecting product activity to commercial outcomes.
Support leadership with data for QBRs, MBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to align reporting definitions and sources of truth.
Governance & Operational Reporting
Own governance reporting for Product Operations, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
Track and report on timesheet compliance, capacity utilization, and operational health indicators.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
Special Projects & Enablement
Lead and support special analytics projects as needed to enable strategic initiatives.
Improve data models, reporting automation, and self-service analytics capabilities.
Establish standards, documentation, and best practices for product and delivery analytics.
Qualifications
Required
7+ years of experience in analytics, data management, product operations, or business intelligence roles.
Advanced experience with PowerBI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and executive reporting.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, delivery metrics, and release management concepts.
Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and executive-level narratives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with product and delivery tools such as Aha, Jira, Kantata, or similar systems.
Experience supporting governance, audit, or enterprise reporting requirements.
