Experience Range- 3 to 12 years Location- Gurgaon / Hyderabad/Bangalore Role- Data Scientist / Lead Data Scientist / Associate Director, Data Science Key Responsibilities: Define the AI roadmap, choose tooling, and establish best practices for model building, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
Architect, develop, and deploy large-scale ML and GenAI-powered pipelines from ideation to production.
Own the full data science project lifecycle, from opportunity identification and stakeholder partnership to model evaluation and communication of results.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Essential Qualifications: 3-12 years of relevant experience in Data Science or AI, with lead roles requiring at least 2 years in a technical leadership position.
Hands-on experience with large language models (e.
g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embedding-based retrieval systems.
Expert proficiency in Python and its core libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end GenAI or advanced NLP project (e.
g., custom NER, Q&A systems, summarization) into production.
Familiarity with deployment and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and API frameworks (e.
g., Flask, FastAPI).
A Masters or Ph.
D. in a relevant field like Computer Science or Statistics is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
