You will work closely with various teams to ensure that database systems are functioning efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations. - Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to enhance data security. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
