You'll join our Trading and Operations Transformation team as a Content Creator, bridging the gap between subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, operational teams, and our AI systems across all 16 regions - creating content for our help centre, chatbots, and agent tools to deliver world-class client support.
What you’ll do
Work directly with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to transform complex product knowledge into clear, accessible content for new product launches, platform updates, and business changes.
Use AI tools to streamline your workflows, you'll build high-quality knowledge base content that drives digital self-service and improves how both our clients and agents find answers.
Collaborate with the team on content strategy, content management processes, governance, and quality standards, while using analytics to identify knowledge gaps and prioritise improvements that deliver measurable impact on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you’ll need
Knowledge of IG's products and platforms, or ability to rapidly build this expertise in financial products and regulatory requirements
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and complexity for different audiences - you understand content design principles and know when to use text, images, GIFs, videos, or interactive elements
Experience structuring content for both human readers and AI consumption with experience or strong interest in AI tools for content creation (LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Comfort working with content management systems and basic technical documentation, with understanding of what makes content "AI-ready"
Highly data-driven approach to prioritising work and measuring content performance, combined with the ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills - you can juggle multiple content streams while working effectively with SMEs, product managers, legal, compliance, and regional teams
Self-starter who thrives with high autonomy and accountability, genuinely champions the client experience, learns fast, and brings fresh ideas on continuous improvement
