Job Summary



Primary purpose of the job is to work in conjunction with the Flow Controls Sales and Operations teams and Customers to achieve critical KPIs on Document deliverables and Product deliveries to Customers in MEA (EPCs & End users).


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Submission of Weekly/Monthly Progress report to customers.


  • Conduct meetings with Customers and internal teams for the major milestones in the Quote-to-Cash process.


  • Prepare, Monitor and Control the overall execution schedule to ensure on-time delivery of products and non-material requirements to customers.


  • Prepare Inspection and test plan (ITP), Vendor Document Register List (VDRL) and factory testing procedures for quotes and orders.


  • Liaise with various internal teams in collecting the technical documents in a timely manner to meet the due dates committed to customers as per agreed VDRL.


  • Review special customer formats for document submission and align with internal teams.


  • Prepare Comments Resolution Sheet (CRS) with suitable technical justification/response for customer comments.


  • Manage Document transmittals to/from customers.


  • Resolve Customer technical queries on the procedures and get approval from customer prior to manufacturing.


  • Prepare Final project documentation (MRB) and get customer approval as per agreed schedule.


  • Resolve questions and comments generated by sales, manufacturing, and customers regarding manufacturing procedures, quality assurance practices, materials testing, Code compliance, and other related areas.

For This Role, You Will Need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related discipline
  • Fluent in English languages - Written and Spoken
  • 1–3 year experience in document management job.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:


  • Basic knowledge on Control valve Products, Quality & Testing requirements, and Manufacturing processes.


  • Basic understanding of Incoterms, Commercial terms and Trade compliance requirements.


  • Knowledge on ASME B16 series standards, ASME and ASTM standards.


  • Knowledge on NDE, welding processes, certifications, NACE, and PED.


  • Experience in Application engineering, Project Management, or QP&S.


  • Technical aptitude and visualization skills.


  • Effective communication skills.


  • Demonstrated attention to detail and regard for quality.


  • Excellent interpretation skills relating to engineering details.


  • Solution-oriented.


  • Able to organize and facilitate meetings with large groups including Sales, Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Project Management to analyze technical requirements.


  • Skill using Microsoft Office applications is required
