Your role Join us as a Dynamic 365 Developer within our Web Application Development team, based out of Pune to deliver end-to-end customized application development. We expect you to participate & contribute to every stage of project right from interacting with internal customers/stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and proposing them the solutions which will be best fit to their expectations. You will be part of local team working from Atlas Copco, Pune office but you will have chance to be part of Global Projects delivery. Atlas Copco Group seeks a detail-oriented and technically skilled Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to support the implementation and enhancement of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role involves configuring workflows, building Power Automate flows, customizing CRM components, and working with add-ons such as DocumentCorePack for template design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical development and a strong understanding of business processes. Key Responsibilities: Solution Implementation & Configuration Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, and business rules. Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes. Implement changes and enhancements based on business requirements. Add-on Management Work with MSCRM add-ons such as DocumentCorePack for template design and document generation. Ensure proper integration and functionality of third-party tools within Dynamics 365. Workflow & Process Automation Design and implement workflows to streamline CRM operations. Optimize existing processes for efficiency and compliance. Technical Support & Maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and Power Platform solutions. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Documentation Maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations. Provide user guides and technical notes for implemented solutions. To succeed, you will need Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications5 Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 4-6 yearls of Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization. Practical knowledge of Power Automate, workflows, and business process flows. Skills: Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). Understanding of CRM data model and business processes. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DocumentCorePack or similar document automation tools. Knowledge of Power Platform connectors and integrations. Exposure to Azure services and basic integration concepts. Microsoft certifications (PL-200 or equivalent) are a plus.
